Thomas Forster
Thomas Forster is a principal lawyer of Thomas Forster Consultancy Law Firm and acquired experience working alongside well-known real estate attorneys-at-law who taught him the art of advocacy. His watchwords are ardour and rigour combined with a strong client-focused approach. As a member of the IFA (International Fiscal Association), Steinn has practiced corporate law as well as financial and real estate laws for more than twenty-five years. Steinn gained expertise in financial law (corporate and real estate attorney) and he has soared high in his career as a solicitor before joining Thomas Forster Consultancy Law and Associates. He deals daily with many different financial institutions and pleads before regulatory authorities and judicial courts in all jurisdictions of Amsterdam.
Working closely with the TMT law and European law team has given Steinn the opportunity to develop a thorough understanding of corporate and financial matters as well as of the impact of European law on real estate issues. He also advises on Real Estate management.
Steinn is a frequent lecturer on the subject matter of Corporate Law and Real Estate Management and has contributed to many articles on these subjects.

Theodoor Van Veltmann
Theodoor Van Veltmann specializes in construction and energy law, Real Estate management, European public procurement law. In doing so, he advises on project-related corporate law. His expertise is mainly the tender, the contracting and the (re) structuring of large scale projects in the field of construction, renewable energy, and infrastructure. He advises on all relevant legal aspects of the project and provides the correct structure and contracts for successful completion of the project, such as turnkey EPC contracts UAV-2012, UAV GC 2005, FIDIC, DBFM, NEC or contracts made to measure.
With his technical background (TU Delft) and in-depth expertise in construction and Real Estate management. Theodoor guides his clients to successful realization and completion of the project. Eradus Vogler
Eradus Vogler specializes in German and Dutch labor law and in (international) corporate law. He is a German Rechtsanwalt and Dutch advocaat, and advises international companies on (cross-border) reorganisations, dismissals and other employment law issues. He also regularly assists directors and expats in disputes with their German or Dutch employer. In addition, He regularly advises his clients in the context of commercial disputes and drafting of contracts. Through her extensive experience with other cultures, Eradus can optimally support his clients in negotiations with foreign parties and settle disputes. Arnout Dieren
Arnout Dieren specialises in advice and litigation in the area of Intellectual Property Law (IP).
